Open Call for "Laboratory of Arts / Third Edition”

Ettijahat- Independent Culture in collaboration with the Goethe Institut is launching an open call for artistic proposals for its Laboratory of Arts: a programme supporting Syrian artists.

The programme aims to empower Syrian artists and cultural organisations by supporting them through a grant scheme, enabling them to produce original creative artworks in the following fields:
 

o   Cinema and Animation

o   Theatre, Dance, and Performance Art

o   Creative Writing

o   Visual Arts, including Fine Arts, Installations, and Graphic Design

o   Music

The programme is aimed at artists and existing initiatives in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, and Turkey, as well as countries of exile in Europe. This will be achieved through the provision of ten grants, each up to the value of $5000.
